The ultimate notebook NetPad the evolution in mobile computers, is in the advanced design stage and is being sculpted considering direct feedback from different range of users. The main display comprises two info bar touchstrips that offers great convenience of spotting new email arrivals, changing songs and bringing up photos to the user. The retractable razor-thin keyboard allows the user to keep it away when not in use without making it too imposing. To make watching movies more exciting than ever, it contains an HD screen and features a media streamer that offers hi-fi sound when connected to a PC on windows 7 platform. Safe transport has been ensured through a carbon fiber lid that can keep the screen up by transforming into a stand when watching movies, or can be completely detached if someone would like to lay it flat.

Feutrefon Feltphone is a concept foldable mobile handset fabricated with leather and felt. The white surface and inner black body of the phone is able to attract the attention of all range of users. When unfolded, the phone becomes flat, without any noticeable joint spot between the upper and lower part. The keypad is designed in an innovative way that gives the impression of touch buttons. The anatomy of the phone includes leather surface, velcro washer, display, electronic module keypad, SIM slot, battery and laser-cut felt. Finally this phone is available in three different colors, white, green and blue, to suit different types of user personality.

This smart magent mobile phone features a high previous to light OLED display and a large solar cell panel which will recharge the phone all the time. This will allow the device a longer battery life which is the most concerning issue in the recent mobile phone industry. Moreover, the user can change the structure of the Magnet’s panel as they want.

Beside P’9521 mobile phone, Porsche also won iF product design awards for its P’7340 kitchen and P’6750 watch design. P’9521 is a flip phone with square shape, featuring a fingerprint reader to identify the user and also make secure access to private data.

the phone to be used as a digital camera, thanks to double hinge made of aluminum. You can find this phone in the Porsche Design Stores, too bad it is not available for US, Japan or Korea market.

The challenge of the design brief was to create a design solution that enabled greater and easier levels of user interaction. The easy to understand keypad combined with the hand-writing recognition technology provides great information ergonomics for the user. Another of the video phone key selling points is its dual mode functionality. The phones keypad can be locked into place to provide a sturdy stand/rest to allow users to sit back enjoy the video calling experience.
